"Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord, not for human masters."                                                                                                                                                                         Colossians 3:23

Our RISE UP program is entering an exciting new chapter.  Previously open to all East St. Louis School District 189 High School boys, the program will now be focused specifically on East St. Louis High School Wrestlers - both boys and girls.  This shift allows us to strengthen team unity and invest more deeply in students who have committed to the sport of wrestling.  By centering on RISE UP within the East St. Louis Wrestling Program,  we can provide consistent, year-round training, mentorship, and development that aligns with the athletes' shared goals and commitment.

"Therefore everyone who hears these words of mine and puts them into practice is like a wise man who built his house on the rock.  The rain came down, the streams rose, and the winds blew and beat against that house; yet it did not fall,  because it had its foundation on the rock.  But everyone who hears these words of mine and does not put them into practice is like a foolish man who built his house on sand.  The rain came down, the streams rose, and the winds blew and beat against the house, and it fell with a great crash.
